Welcome to the consultation website for phase 2 of development at the former power station site.
Thank you for visiting our website which presents proposals by the Vistry Group and Persimmon Homes for the second phase of development at Rugeley Power Station.
We are seeking your views and input into our reserved matters application for new homes in the north-western corner of the site, known as The Coalyards.
This phase will provide approximately 263 homes as part of the wider development of the site which already has outline permission for 2,300 homes, open space and key infrastructure which was granted in April 2021.
This website provides information on the latest proposals, which are still evolving and so this consultation provides an opportunity for the local community, including residents and businesses, to help shape the proposals.
